Sleepover

To celebrate the end of SATs, the children were treated to a sleepover by some very brave members of staff. They played a series of different games including Mr Orsman's famous 'String Game', which many children have been unfortunate enough to have experienced over the years. The children were ambushed by the staff and hit by water balloons. They did get their own back by hitting Mr Ogier with several water balloons, which left him soaked (and with a sore ear!).

Greek Temples

As a part of our Greek topic, the children created their own Greek temples. They looked at a variety of different temples, collected different materials and then constructed them . The children had to plan which items they were going to use and design what they wanted it to look like. As you can see, the children did a great job at making their temples, which are currently on display in the hall. At the end, the children had to assess how well they worked as a team.
